It provides a simple utility for sound and vibration simulation. This policy applies to our mobile application and related services.

We may update this policy at any time. The latest version will always be posted here. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

While we serve users globally, this policy is governed by the laws of the United States. For users in the European Union, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Important: We will only disclose your information if required by law, to protect our rights, or to ensure user safety.

We follow a strict data minimization principle. Most features work without any data collection.

• Local Data: All app settings (theme, sensitivity, sound preferences) are stored locally on your device only. We cannot access them.
• No Personal Data: We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or precise location.
• Third-Party Services (Firebase): If you use cloud backup features, data is sent to Google Firebase. This data is anonymous and not linked to your identity.

5. How We Use Information

Since we collect almost no data, usage is limited to:

• Providing and maintaining the app's core functions (vibration, sound).
• Improving app stability and fixing bugs.
• Responding to your support requests.

We never sell your data. We never use your data for marketing.

We do not sell or rent your information. We may share data only in these limited cases:

• Service Providers: Trusted partners (like Firebase) who help host the service. They are bound by strict confidentiality.
• Legal Requirements: If compelled by a valid court order or law enforcement.
• Business Transfers: In the unlikely event of the app being sold or merged.

We implement reasonable security measures, including encryption in transit. However, as an individual project, we cannot guarantee absolute security. No internet transmission is 100% secure.

To exercise these rights, simply email us. Since most data is local, deleting the app removes all your data immediately.
