By accessing or using the Vibratior app (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Service.
These Terms incorporate Apple’s standard EULA requirements for individual developers:
The Service is available only to individuals aged 13 years or older. If you are between 13 and 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction), you must review these Terms with your parent or guardian before using the Service.
No account registration is required to use the Service. You are responsible for securing your device and preventing unauthorized access to the app. The developer reserves the right to restrict access if misuse is detected.
You retain ownership of any content you generate through the Service (e.g., custom vibration patterns or theme settings). By submitting such content, you grant the developer a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify it solely to provide the Service.
You represent and warrant that your content does not violate any third-party rights (including intellectual property or privacy rights).

All code, designs, trademarks, and logos associated with Vibratior are the property of the individual developer. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any portion of the Service without express written permission.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF THE DEVELOPER FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID FOR THE SERVICE (USD $0, AS THE SERVICE IS FREE).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
The developer may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason without prior notice or liability. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
Any disputes arising from these Terms will first be resolved through informal negotiation (email). If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
