Reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service.

The app relies on third-party infrastructure (Google Firebase). We are not liable for interruptions or failures caused by these third-party services. The app is provided "as is" with no uptime guarantees.

4. Intellectual Property

All code and design belong to the individual developer. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the app.

5. Disclaimers & Liability

We disclaim all warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to USD $0 (the amount paid for the app).

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delaware.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify the developer against any claims arising from your misuse of the app or violation of these terms.
